How to Obtain a Quote

Submit your requirement through NASA’s SEWP online acquisition tools using the applicable Category C / Group C1 contractor pool. Include your statement of work, performance requirements, security requirements, period and place of performance, evaluation criteria, pricing instructions, and response deadline.

DP-AD JV’s SEWP VI team reviews the requirement, coordinates questions through the authorized procurement channel, and submits a quotation consistent with the solicitation instructions. For assistance defining your requirement or understanding our capabilities, contact Sladjana Duranski at [email protected] or 208-948-4427.

The ordering agency’s warranted Contracting Officer issues the order. NASA’s SEWP Program Management Office reviews, processes, tracks, and forwards approved orders to the selected contract holder.

Fair Opportunity

Ordering activities must follow the applicable fair-opportunity requirements of FAR 16.505(b). Eligible contractors within the appropriate SEWP category and group must receive an opportunity to compete when required, unless an authorized exception applies.

NASA’s SEWP acquisition tools support this process by distributing requirements to eligible contract holders. The ordering activity maintains the required acquisition and source-selection documentation.

A.1.13 FAIR OPPORTUNITY AND REQUESTS FOR QUOTES

Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.

Customer Support & Order Resolution

For assistance with quotations, pending orders, active task orders, invoices, staffing, or performance matters, contact the DP-AD JV SEWP VI program team. Provide the RFQ or task-order number, agency, contracting office, and a description of the issue.

Our team coordinates resolution with the appropriate program, contracts, technical, finance, or executive personnel.
