Brian Flood is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of DecisionPoint Corporation. An accomplished and recognized leader, Brian offers a unique blend of business development, building organizational capability, global team building and delivering go-to-market IT solutions with consistent strong ROI and profit delivery. He has consistently driven double- and triple-digit growth by aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

A proven change catalyst, Brian turns operations around and implements systems for sustained profitability, growth and expansion. He has expert knowledge of government, technology and business trends including national/corporate security, enterprise architecture, outsourcing, application development and implementation and eBusiness. His accomplishments include managing merger and acquisition activities; leading business development and marketing divisions; long-range project planning, implementation and execution—including policy development, finance and administration.

Brian began his career with the US Army holding a variety of positions from combat arms to a nuclear launch officer and lastly public affairs. His experience post military began in political journalism, being amongst the youngest Congressional Chiefs of Staff working for two House Members. While at FedSources Brian served as Senior Vice President of Market Intelligence where his contributions centered on spearheading business development and delivery, helping hundreds of government IT and professional services firms grow their business while significantly expanding the company.

As a fiscally conscious, goal driven executive, Brian approaches every new business challenge with innovative, creative problem solving and measured risk taking to drive consistent bottom line improvements and returns. He positions organizations for growth, profit generation and to deliver innovative solutions. Brian blends his military and business experience to successfully sell and implement technology solutions in the public sector.

Simon S. Lee is President of DecisionPoint Corporation. He provides day-to-day strategic leadership driving the overall direction and growth for the company.

Mr. Lee is a hands-on leader at DecisionPoint, providing his insights and leveraging his unique experiences to help set the course and vision for the company. He is a tireless evangelist for the company’s Circle of Success culture that continues to provide great benefits to our customers and employees.

Mr. Lee has a lifetime of achievements as an entrepreneur in the information technology government contracting arena. He founded STG in 1986 as the Software Technology Group and grew the company from one person to a $300M mid-tier government contractor with thousands of employees and subcontractors supporting 26 Federal Government customers around the world. Throughout STG’s growth, Mr. Lee always focused on giving back to the community and mentored many very successful small businesses in the federal community. In 2015, Mr. Lee sold a minority share of STG and became Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lee sold STG in 2018 to focus on his philanthropic initiatives and dedicate full time to the growth and success of DecisionPoint.

Mr. Lee holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree and B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Korea University and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the George Washington University and has a current Top-Secret security clearance.

Tanecia Canady, CPA, is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at DecisionPoint Corporation. As CAO, Tanecia leads and manages the day-to-day corporate operations of DecisionPoint with a focus on finance and accounting, human resources, infrastructure, and quality management. Further, in this role, Tanecia will elevate DecisionPoint’s culture of agile problem-solving and enhance its people-focused workplace while leveraging the company’s commitment to excellence and exceptional performance.

Tanecia has more than 15 years of government contract experience. She is a well-established leader specializing in financial and personnel management who aspires to improve organizations she works at and the people around her. Prior to working at DecisionPoint, Tanecia served for over seven years as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at the Savan Group, a digital transformation, IT, and management consulting firm supporting the Federal Government. There, Tanecia oversaw all areas of infrastructure and implemented strategies to increase profitability and corporate efficiency.

Highlights from Tanecia’s tenure as CFO at the Savan Group include implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability, implementing ERP, HRIS and CRM systems, leading an organization wide effort to re-imagine corporate culture post-COVID and establishing DE&I and employee engagement committees. Tanecia believes in supporting an organization’s growth through building strong financial processes and models, attracting and retaining strong talent, continuously maturing internal process and procedures, utilizing automatization and using data to drive decision making.

Prior to working at the Savan Group, Tanecia served as the Director of Finance at Mav6 (Aerospace & Defense Technology) and as the Senior Auditor position at RSM (Audit, Tax & Consulting Services company).

Tanecia is a member of the Executive Women’s Network and has a strong background in volunteer work, sharing her passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion to contribute to her community and provide knowledge about various cultures. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

Mr. Kelley is responsible for driving contract and corporate expansion. He is a dynamic, results-oriented leader with a strong track record of performance in business expansion.

Kelley previously served as the CEO of CENTECH and was the Vice President of SAIC. Prior to his work at SAIC, he led business development at NES/CSRA/GDIT. His distinguished career spans over forty years supporting several corporations within the federal business such as PRC, Logicon, Northrop Grumman Corporation, and TASC, Inc. He started his own company in Boston and achieved over a billion dollars in work in a 13-year time frame.

Mr. Kelley is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western New England College.

Mike Davis is the Senior Vice President, Professional Services at DecisionPoint Corporation. Mike has P&L responsibility for all DecisionPoint client-facing programs, leading the company’s revenue-generating staff worldwide. He has over 30 years of experience spanning the federal government and private sector, characterized by turnaround leadership and continuous process improvements in large geographically distributed organizations. Mike possesses a broad understanding of the federal government contracting competitive landscape, DoD and Intelligence Community gained from serving as a C-suite corporate executive and Marine Corps officer.

Mike’s career successes include building and leading federal government IT services companies, while maintaining contract profitability every year for two decades. He is a seasoned leader focused on business performance, customer satisfaction, and developing subordinate leaders, with a proven history of positioning companies for successful mergers and acquisitions. His business accomplishments include establishing subsidiaries and joint ventures, conducting M&A due diligence, and completing post-acquisition integration.

Mike provides deep expertise in Defense and Intelligence systems, federal government IT policy, and governance. He has implemented multimillion-dollar systems on time and under budget, while distilling complex technical issues for top-level decision makers including the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Secretary of Defense. His previous positions include Vice President of Defense Programs at Exeter Government Services from 2003 until its acquisition in 2023, preceded by Vice President and Chief Information Officer roles at regional telecommunications carriers in Texas and Pennsylvania.

Mike is a former Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel with a diverse military career that included intelligence and infantry assignments supporting multiple crisis and contingency operations globally. Mike possesses a bachelor’s degree in International Politics from the Pennsylvania State University, is an honor graduate of the Marine Corps Command and Control Systems School, and an honor graduate of the Army’s Military Intelligence Officers’ Transition Course.

Paul Solosky is the Senior Vice President, Growth at DecisionPoint Corporation, focused on growing the company at both the tactical and strategic levels and developing new services and offerings. He has over 25 years of experience as a transformational growth strategist in companies serving the Federal and commercial markets. He is known for working with organizations, from large traditional SIs to start-ups, with a reputation for helping them to optimize performance, build value, and turn underperforming teams into success stories. Paul has successfully driven growth by being an influential strategist that shifts organizational focus on new solutions, customer sets, and services that drive higher revenue streams and increase corporate value.

Paul provides deep operational expertise in cyber operations and critical infrastructure protection working directly with such clients as United States Cyber Command, Defense Intelligence Agency, Federal Bureau of Investigation, and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Agency. He is co-author of the Amazon best-selling book, Stay Cyber Safe: What Every CEO Should Know About Cybersecurity. Lately he has been focusing on developing AI and ML cybersecurity offerings and strategies that support the SSDLC and software security supply chain issues, successfully winning OTAs, SBIRs and State cybersecurity grants for these solutions.

Paul is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a Masters in Professional Studies in Homeland Security with a concentration on Information Assurance and Digital Forensics from the Pennsylvania State University.

Paul Fernandes is currently the Managing Director of GLG Consulting Services where he provides Strategic Planning, Acquisition, and Proposal Consulting Services to small and mid-sized government contracting companies.

Paul was an executive at STG from 2004 – 2016 and served as STG’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 2012 – 2016. He was responsible for leading the day-to-day operations, improving efficiencies and driving new business across STG’s $275M enterprise. Paul has served as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Senior Vice President of the Defense Sector, and Senior Vice President of STG’s Civil Agencies Sector.

Paul joined STG with a background of more than 20 years of experience in senior management positions in growth-oriented IT organizations focused on defense and federal agencies. Prior to STG, he served as Senior Vice President for ACS Government Services’ and Lockheed Martin Information Technology $100M+ business units with full profit-and-loss responsibilities spanning key government agencies, such as the Department of Defense, the U.S. Air Force, Congress, Executive Office of the President, Housing and Urban Development, Department of Energy, the Environmental Protection Agency, National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and others.

He has a B.S. degree in Management from Bellevue University, served in the U.S. Air Force, and has a current Top-Secret security clearance.
